Many companies already have employee resource groups, supports, and/or benefits available to help meet the needs of these working parents and caregivers. They often carry with them all of the hopes and dreams—as well as the stressors and fears—they have for their children throughout their workday.
In these tumultuous times, an emerging need that many of PFLAG National’s partners have identified is for resources to support parents and caregivers who have lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ+) kids, of all ages. And PFLAG National is here to help.
With more than 50 years of experience supporting parents, families, and non-family allies of LGBTQ+ people, PFLAG National has pulled together some best practices, resources, and tools to help your company launch, maintain, or revitalize internal peer-support groups for your employees.
